Electronic Student Resource Card (ESRC)

PLEASE REVIEW THESE TIPS BEFORE YOU LOG IN.

• Use your NetClassroom User ID and password.  If you have forgotten them, use the link at the bottom of the login page.
  
• You must review each page to proceed.
• If you miss a required field*, you will remain on that page.  Look for the red prompt.
  
• The timeline at the top of the page allows you to go back to a previous page.
  
• If you go back you must scroll back using NEXT on each page. You cannot skip pages.
• Click the SAVE button periodically.
• The last page of the form is a REVIEW page. You must visit this page.
• Your form will not be complete until you click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the review page.  You will receive a confirmation on submission.
